Thanks everybody. For those that asked, im in Fiji. We used have very cheap spaying until last year. The shelter has increased costs to help cover the gas but all the rest is free. They charge the equivalent to about $50 Australian per animal but that is still 3 days pay in Fiji wages. Not good...
