Canned. Ideally less than $1 for a 5.5oz can. Doesn't have to be low carb or grain free.

    Need Cheap Food Recs

I know these get posted a lot but most of the rec foods won't work. We used to feed 4health but can't really get it anymore. All Purina causes large stinky poop so I'd rather not feed it. We can't do big cans of wellness or blue because they cause diarrhea for one cat.

Budget Aside, Does Anyone Here Choose To Feed Grocery Store Brands?

I mostly feed 4health. Not quite a grocery store brand but close. One of my cats cannot handle the more premium brands or really most brands other than 4health. The only exception for her is weruva, soulistic, and tiki cat but one of my cats won't eat shredded food so I don't buy it often.

12 year old cat dragging back legs

He had regained use of one back leg by the time we got to the emergency vet that night. The next day he was able to walk short distances and is now back to his normal self. We aren't sure what happened or why but am so thankful he's back to his happy self.

12 year old cat dragging back legs

About an hour ago my cat meowed loudly and started dragging his back right leg. A few minutes later he started dragging both back legs. Any clue what this might be? I plan on taking him to the vet later/in the morning but I would like some idea ahead of time of this is the end or if he could be...

    Is my cat too skinny?

She's been to the vet this month for one year checkup and to a spay and neuter clinic to be spayed. The vet and vet tech said she was small but not that she needed to gain weight or that they were worried about her. She was 6.25lbs at the beginning of the month, 6.13lbs at the vet, and...

    Sample or small bags

Does anyone know of any brands that sell bags of foot in less than 1lbs bags? I know acana and orijen did 12oz bags but I don't know if I'll continue with either brand and want some other options. I only give dry food about once every other week or so so I don't need 5+ pounds of food.

Article about new trend of millenials buying high end pet foods

I'm a millennial but I honestly don't know anyone else who is 20-30 who doesn't just feed what they can find at the grocery store. Some feed things like purina one and scoff at people if they spend less on food but that's about it. I don't look for the buzz words like what's said in the article...

New Orijen Formula, Too Much Fish?

I have a few questions about there new formulas. 1. Are dehydrated meats the same as meal? Example: dehydrated chicken vs chicken meal. 2. The new cats and kitten has whole eggs as the third ingredient after deboned chicken, deboned turkey, and yellowtail flounder. Would eggs account for a bit...
