The thing that was coming out is the inner coat of her intestines, it happens in severe diahrrea (blood diahrrea) a human doctor explained to me it can happen also with humans when they have salmonella. It was not the intestines and there was no need for surgery. So I am in heaven with her ! ...

And here she is today, completely out of danger, my little miracle !
