Update. Vet ran blood tests all were fine other than dehydration and electrolytes off a little. They gave him iv fluids all day yesterday plus anti nausea and anti heartburn. Vet said to try canned food to see if it would be easier on him to eat than dry food. Problem is that he isn't...

And pill pockets won't work because he's not eating at all. Or drinking water. Tomorrow he goes back to the vet and if they call me saying they can't find anything ill request the referral.
