Well he finally was eating and then also finally came out of hiding yesterday! Ate some treats from my friend and didn't run from him. He always has food overnight too :) He was even sitting by my friend! He finally also let my friend pet him today, but Murray pounced at my friend's jacket...

I left yesterday, to come home for a 2 week vacay, and have a friend staying at my place so Murray isn't alone. He is still in hiding when my friend is there, and hasn't eaten really anything. I hope he gets used to my friend being there soon! He's at least used the litter box.

Murray got a clean bill of health the other day!  Eye is back to 100% 

Thanks guys :)  Yeah, he is herpes free, so I'm happy about that.  His eye has totally cleared up as of now, but I'll give him the drops through tomorrow, since I'm taking him back to the vet on Tuesday for his followup.  I have yet to give him his night drop, but he's in play and biting mode...

Soooo, my little goober Murray did something to his eye the other night.  All I know is that he was fine when I came home, but several hours later he was constantly closing his right eye, like a slow blink.  In looking at it, I noticed it was somewhat cloudy and his third eyelid was appearing...

Good idea!  I'll make sure to do that before I leave for sure.

I definitely can't take him with me, since I'm staying with my brother and he has a cat, so I don't even know if they'd get along.  I'm going to see if I can get someone to stay at my place, but I don't really have that many friends that I would trust to do that :/
