    Cat is getting nosebleeds.

I think you made the right decision when things started to get worse for Gracie. :( I'm sorry you had to go through that with your kitty. They have given her amoxicillin for the possible infection she has. The nose bleeds have slowed, but haven't stopped completely.

    Cat is getting nosebleeds.

I will definitely ask the vet about that. To just know what's causing this would give us piece of mind. I think my husband and I have decided that when she stops eating and drinking we'll "know" - it's just so hard because they can't tell us what's wrong and if they're in pain...the last thing...

    Cat is getting nosebleeds.

I am looking for some support and guidance in our kitty's situation. Moe is around 18 years old. I've had her since I was a teenager. Last Sunday, I noticed that her nose was bleeding. I thought it might have been because her nose was dry and because we live in a dry climate - but it's her...

    Peeing right outside the box

One box is a converted Rubbermaid container with high sides - I cut a U shape into it. The other one is a higher side litter box - no lid...My husband stated that it might be because one of the cats is too big for the box, but I watched her use both boxes yesterday and she didn't seem to have...

    Peeing right outside the box

It happened again yesterday, I came home to a big puddle in front of the litter box. I cleaned up and put a puppy pad down before I went to bed and wouldn't you know it, I woke up this morning and one of them had peed on the puppy pad. I just feel so discouraged about this. I know that it's not...

    Peeing right outside the box

On another note, I'm using Anti-Icky Poo to clean up - it's a good thing my mom bought me a gallon of the stuff last year, because I feel like I use it all the time!

    Peeing right outside the box

I have 2 cats and 2 litter boxes. The litter boxes are in separate corners of the room.  With one box, it was almost a guarantee that a day or 2 would go by before I had to clean up a mess outside the box. It's like one of them backs up to the box and just pees outside the box! It's so...

    Frustrated and needing advice...

I finally got a chance to check my post and seeing all your positive comments really made me happy! So here's a little bit of an update. I've gotten my two ladies into a little bit of a routine. I'm still working on being patient although it's difficult at times, I have noticed a small...

    Frustrated and needing advice...

This gave me a little hope and I thank you. I will try purchasing another piece of furniture for her so she has a place to call her own. I'm trying my best to make this happen peacefully. :)

    Frustrated and needing advice...

A little background...My brother in law took in Belle 3 years ago. She was a declawed stray and was found wandering in an apartment complex he worked at. He took her in with no proper introduction to the house, which has 2 dogs. Belle hated the dogs which led to her peeing on everything and...
