I think this could be an infection of the uterus and I urge you to get her to the vet before it is too late. The discharge may have stopped, but it will likely return as the problem is still there. Now would be the best time for an emergency spay before other problems arise.
We had originally planned to get her spayed in about two weeks because we thought she was in heat and wanted to wait for her to be out of it. However, I'm going to see if we can get her to the vet Monday (the earliest we would be able to go).
I've realized my cat actually got pregnant two weeks later than I had originally thought which means she's really seven weeks along and I'm extremely worried about the discharge. I'm not able to get to the vet at the moment, so I have no clue what it could be. I need help.
