Is your cat drinking tap water? Along with food, water supply is important. Tap water often has a lot of additives, what is not so good for humans.. could be more intense for a smaller animal?!? Look into a real-food diet, see if you like it!

This is a good thread.. I had a cat for only four years from 11-15, and processed cat food worried me, and my intuition that things were happening in her body, it made me go to real food... it was raw meats, a little canned sardine, and other things. I found cooking meat didn't seem as good...

Thanks for checking in Sonadora, I have been visiting the shelter, and hope I can be a help to some of the cats and kittens there... I talk about the shelter outside of it, and keep suggesting to people to go get a cat... hopefully some will do it. I am doing fine, keep appreciating Lucy...

On the subject of water, what about Mountain Valley Spring water, in the green glass liter bottles... I gave this water to my cat.  Good choice?

This BPA stuff was one reason I wanted to get my cat off cat food, processed food... I found Weruva, and saw bpa-free labeling, but I was pretty much over the whole processed food thing. I would occasionally bring wet Weruva home for kitty as a treat, but felt better about a real food diet...
