Normal cat temp is 100.4 to 102.5. It is normal for it to be a bit on the higher side of this range under stressful situations, such as going to the vet.

She's most likely foaming and drooling because the medicine tastes icky. I see this frequently in my own cats and at the spay/neuter clinic I work at. Try to encourage some water or yummy treats to get the gross taste out of her mouth.
