Sounds like you are on the right path, possibly an allergy to grains.. I met a girl at the local pet supply who had great success taking her cat to a holistic vet.. She had to travel 2-1/2 hrs to the nearest one but said it was completely worth it.
All cats are beautiful and a blessing to those who appreciate them. I have a big soft spot for black cats as I have had two and both chose me. They are truly the sweetest kitties!
Hi! Sorry to hear about your kitties tummy & digestion issues. Has the vet suggested pet grade probiotics? I have seen powdered formulas that can be easily added to wet/dry food & they are supposed to really help with digestive issues.
Yes we feel very fortunate to have both these sweet boys, Cinder was to be sent to a humane society in another county to be adopted because of his sketchy previous owners.. How wonderful to have Cinder featured, he is flattered I'm sure 128516 here is one more of his silly pictures!
They were allowed to roam the floor with other adult cats during the day & formed a bond. They were not caged together, in fact we were told Cinder broke out of his cage once to be closer to Leo. 128512 Cinder is three, Leo is 9 months!
I have read several articles on the use of olive leaf extract to boost immunity & control internal worms (both cats & dogs). There is a pet grade/dosage available at a local pet supply store & also online. I am curious if anyone has any knowledge or experience using it with their kitties?
