    Going outside

Why do you think the cat wants to be outside. That is a fallicy. Ypur cat will not live as long and can pick up all sorts of stuff Get a covered box. If you watch your baby properly he/she will not get into the litter. My granddaughter never even thought of touching the litter here or at home.

    New Dining Furniture

I bought these fabric covered cushion's at K-Mart. They tie onto the chair back. I ue them in the kitchen on vinyl cover seats. I seem to have bathroom towels in other places. Not very pretty. I used to have a problem with the piano bench seat. I had to recover it. Since then my Oreo no...

Do your cats follow you into the bathroom?

Oreo always follows me. Izzy is there most of the time. Princess is too smart because she knows this is the only room I can catch her in. Smokey usually keeps his distance from Oreo becasue Oreo keeps harrassing him.

I am about at my limit.....

My Siamese is always on counter or looking in the sink. He even will try to eat cooking food. I've sprayed him a thousand times. Guess what? He still keeps jumping. I've given up. If I'm nearby I just pick him up and put him on the floor. Now my new cat does the same thing. It's...

    Litter Pan Liners..HELP!

I would never use a litter liner. My Oreo is a vigorous digger. He would shred a liner to bits with one visit. I clean the box once a day and if anything is stuck I just scrape it off. A little dry litter is good for getting tough spots clean.

    Litter disposal

I use the plastic grocery bags. Everything goes to the landfill. Nothing there ever gets a chance to decompose. I would dare to dumpt the litter in the toilet. You can't do that with a cesspool.

So I think I'm done trimming claws...

Oh yes. I adopted my son's cat Smokey. When I used to visit he was quite feisty. He has simmered down, but forget about even touching his claws. I ordered something calle Kitty Cure from Net Vet. I'm still waiting for it. The vet charges $10. If the Kitty Cure doesn't work I will take him...

    I adopted a cat today!

A few weels ago I had to take my son's cat. He makes number 3 boy and 4th kitty in the house. I isolated him in the bedroom because he was a handful when I visted my son. He hissed and snarled at me when he arrived. Within in a few days he realized that I was his friend and source of food...

Do you flea treat your cat?

My guys are indoors only, but Oreo had fleas. I have an exterminator come every month, yet he still got fleas. I used Advantage on everyone. I remember seeing something about a botanic spray that is not toxic. Does anyone know about this?

    Have you seen this litter?

I have been using BJ's brand of litter for years without a problem. It comes in a cardboard box and is aboust $8 for 40 pounds. I have 4 cats who like is just fine. I transfer the contents of the box to plastic pails, from another brand of litter.

    My poor Kitten!!!

I use break away collars. They pop open if they get stuck on something. I buy them at Petco.

So I think I'm done trimming claws...

I just ordered something called Kitty Cure, from NetVet Supply for my new cat. This goes in the bottom of the litter pan and files the claws when the cat scratches to bury their deposits. I'll let you know how it works. I also have a muzzle and body bag that I can use with my Siamese...
