Hi if anyone has some suggestions since it was ab day for me yesterday my abs are a little tight this morning except my lower abs. I feel like I can't get those muscles working hard. Any exercises to work lower abs?

More salad=) but this time it had romaine lettuce, kale, spinach, walnuts and roasted chickpeas. Oh and some dried cherries with a sweet dressing. Also so roasted broccoli with olive oil and garlic=)
