If you're really worried about it that much, take him to the vet so he can get checked and you have some peace of mind. 

I agree, only a vet can tell if it's normal or worth keeping an eye on. And they should spay the cat after her litter, let's hope it's her first and last litter.

Did you tell him? he needs more practice and he'll see it, it's one of those things that if you don't see a problem with the way you do it you'll keep doing it that way. Until he realizes it himself, you'll have to put up with it or do it yourself.

A sitter is better, but then you'll need someone to trust to do that. 

My cat likes to eat cookies and cake, that's not something I choose to feed her, but when she gets the chance to eat a piece of she will. Is it something that I should avoid or it's perfectly normal for cats to eat sweet stuff like cake and cookies?

It's an interesting thing, it's like they know who's going to help them. I remember when I took a small kitten in, he was crying so loud at night and when I opened the door he was there waiting to get in he has been with me since then until he passed away a few years back.

I'm not sure if this is effective, but did you try grinding the pill into power and mixing with food or milk? Did you check with the vet to see if you could get medications that dissolve in water? Maybe that would make it less noticeable. Your friend is smart! Good luck.
