I used to know once upon a time how many grams of Alnutrin with calcium was for 4 lbs of boneless meat and 1 lb of organs (5lbs total). How do I figure it out? I thought it was 40g. Is that right? Also, would it be the same amount for just the regular Alnutrin for a whole carcass grind?
