Thanks for the article. After reading it, I realized that I think my cat is picking up on alot of my stress as its increased. I think she became more clingy when I started getting more stressed out a few months ago.
If only we could talk to them about whats going on to try to help them understand.
The vet said she seems fine and her bloodwork is fine. She suggested getting the feliway diffuser to see if that helps with any anxiety she might be having so I ordered one. I am just keeping an eye on her now to see how she behaves after I get the diffuser.
Thanks for replying to my post.
I thought her tooth was the cause of her behavior. She had a reabsorbtion lesion I forgotit was the cat version of a cavity the vet said. So I had it removed. I am not completly sure when this began maybe 4 months ago. It just gradually came on. I wonder if she could have arthritis.

My 14 and a half year old cat has become incredibly clingy the past few months. She wants to be held all the time and will jump on me if I don't pick her up right away. When I am trying to do the dishes she will climb at me, same with being at the computer. She is being a bit neurotic about...
As far as I know I am the only one that feeds him. He has taken up residence in my families wooden shed. I do give him kibble too and cat treats. I think I may have just spoiled him. I feed him 4 to 5 times a day and sometimes he eats alot and sometimes not as much.

He will hang around me outside if I am out there and if I have the backdoor open with the screen closed he will meow...
There is a feral or semi feral cat that showed up about a year and a half ago. He or she has a nick in the ear so I am guessing it was caught, fixed and released.
Is it normal for a feral cat to be so talkative? I dubbed this cat Buddy.
Buddy will meow until I feed him and will just chatter...
My 5 and a half year old indoor only male neutored cat is destructive. He claws everything, bites everything. He has toys and scratching posts.
He harrasses my other cats and picks fights with them even if they are asleep. I had to rush my other cat tonthe vet because he attacked him and there...
