Vet just gave Fortiflora. It has Brewers Yeast in it. My cat has a major fungal infection. Wouldn't that be just aggravating and promoting the disease? April is on Fluconazole to address the disease Cryptococcosis. Not a yeast expert. Thank you for any input.
