So So sorry to hear about Zoe, RIP little girl
Almost the same thing happened with my previous cat Lucy, she was diagnosed with lymphomas, she had a course of steriods and she did receive chemotherapy, but after a very short time (about a week) we had to have her put down, the day after my...
I am so sorry to hear that your cat isn't well, but reading your posts brought back memories of my old cat Lucy.
She was 12 years old, and started to lose weight, and her fur turned very greasy, I took her to the vets and he felt her tummy and said that her intestines were enlarged they did an...
aww RIP little one. Good of you to stop, If it was me I would be inclined to take a black bin bag with me tomorrow and if the cat is still there take it to the vets, they can check if it is microchipped and they usually keep any cats in cold storage for a week in case the owners are looking for it.
My cat Arthur had a similar condition, it was diagnosed with it about four years ago, he has a very pronounced heart murmur, he had ultrasound treatment to find out what was going on. The vet reckons that he was born with the defect and has had to live with it, he is now running around after...
Lina, most people haven't got an endless pot of money, and I always find vets bills come at the worse time.
Now isn't the time to be worrying about apologising to ANYBODY on this forum, you need to stay focused and concentrate on Willow and seeing what the vets says when you see them.
I...
Lina, please don't beat yourself up over what happened, it was an accident pure and simple.
I am keeping my fingers crossed for your visit to the vets later, it is 10.30pm in the UK here and I am off to bed, good luck and I will check back tomorrow.
Stay strong and I will be thinking of you...
I agree with Mary Anne she needs to get to the vets now! MaryAnne and me are going to go halves on the vets bill (also with anybody else contributing as well )
I have also had somebody from this site PM me saying they will add to my donation (they are in the UK but do not have a paypal account) and I will add their amount to pay paypal amount to MaryAnne
Silvermoonmyst, please don't feel bad about the donations, sometimes vets bills come along at the worse time but now Willow should be able to get a check up at the vets without you worrying financially.
Good to see some more pictures of her
I hate to say this but MaryAnne is right, sometimes you can just tell by a cats eyes that all is not well. I think it is especially noticable in kittens.
I am glad to see what Willow does appear to be improving but she does need to see a good vet.
