I just noticed that Duncan has a pink tummy. And, I've had him for a couple of years. Recently, he's let me rub his tummy, and he will lay upside down on top of me when I do. It's the MOST endearing thing.
I suppose my question isn't how fast cat hair grows back, but why you would shve your cat in the first place (if not for spaying)? I've thought several times about shaving Duncan, but not seriously. However, if it's not going to hurt him, I might think more eriously about it for the summer...
Duncan's behavioral eccentricities run the gammet. From his 'pulling' me away from the computer, to kneading my chest while sleeping, to following me everywhere (and I do mean everywhere) seemingly as to not miss anything exciting. There are three males living in our house...me, Mike, and of...

I'm seriously considering either purchasing or building a cat tree/hotel for Duncan. Any suggestions on height and materials? Also, of those of you who have these contraptions, do your cat/cats actually use them?
Thanks for you input!
Jim

Thanks!
Jim
A freind of mine and I, who were both sans Valentines this year, decided that we would celebrate Single Awareness Day instead. We went to dinner and even got each other condolance cards. It was great fun!!
I love it when Duncan kneads me. I have a friend who had surgery recently and his docotr told him that if he could to get his cat to knead his scar (it would make it go away much quicker).
Duncan kneads my stomach, and recently has begun to knead my shoulders. It's like having a personal...
