I have 2 adult cats 9 and 10, mother and son. I'm thinking of getting a kitten but I'm worried whether it would work, the female is quite aggressive especially to her male son and he is a very scared cat. I'm just wondering if anybody has been in a similar situation and could give me advice. Thanks.

They're 8 and 9 and they have been like that from the beginning sadly, but prince seems to be getting worse like hiding for hours even after people have left. And princesses aggression is very frequent, I'm not too worried about her aggression in general but more so how it's aimed at prince...

He's ok with me callista, it's just when friends come over he's so petrified =( like right now for example I've just had the plumber come and he's upstairs under the duvet so scared and won't come out even now the plumber has left. He just panics and I feel so sad that he gets so scared.

Prince is quite an athletic looking and cat and very long legs

Just wanted to say hello and tell you abut about my cats. I have 2, Prince and Princess. Prince is princesses son, they have totally opposite personalities. Prince is a very timid cat and really loving whereas princess is a very dominant cat who rules the roost haha.
