Thanks everyone! It did take longer for the meds to kick in, so, maybe it will take him longer for the meds to wear off. He's not peeing on my stuff every night or when I pick up his cat bed... so, I'm trying to rule out a whole bunch of things!

Yeah, I am still working on it. The Stink Free has helped. We also think it's because he was on the muscle relaxer he was just getting too relaxed. We're waiting to see if that helps too...
