It’s been 3 weeks since she was in heat and I think she had access to a male. One pic is her normally and the other pic is one I took today. Is it just me or do they look swollen and enlarged?

I’m considering adopting this little cutie. The current owner said he’s half Maine coon. But I wanted to get another opinion from unbiased individuals. He’s 5 weeks old right now.
