So, I might take the stray in. HELP!

OOPS. She is a HE. Came out to say hello before and my boyfriend was standing there and was like um--- yep... That's a boy. And he definitely is not fixed. He bit my foot a little, nothing crazy, but I think he got too excited. I've talked to one low cost spay place here- the woman was VERY...

So, I might take the stray in. HELP!

May I ask a dumb question.... I've never been to a "low cost" spay/neuter facility... Is it safe for the animals? It's not rushed/half assed is it?

So, I might take the stray in. HELP!

The Petsmart here doesn't have a vet- but there are a couple places on that list that aren't too far away. She held me hostage when I got home from work today! Saw my car and ran up to me and wouldn't let me go inside she wanted to get pet and hang out.

Maybe adopting an 8 yr old cat that is not declawed......Questions...

That looks a lot like the one we have :).. My cat loves it, when she gets in the right mood she'll even scratch-climb her way up it lol

So, I might take the stray in. HELP!

I would guess the cat is at least 6 months old, maybe 6-8 months. Maybe 8-10 lbs. She's skinny but long, if that makes sense. And she's gorgeous.  As for vet bills, when it comes to our 2 they've always been completely up to date one tests/shots etc. If anything I've been neurotic about taking...

So, I might take the stray in. HELP!

Thank you for asking the mod! I think this post got delayed or something, I have no idea.. But thank you!! Our house is insanely pet friendly lol... Our old neighbor built cat climbers, so... we've got a few haha.. Scratchers as well. I like to spoil them a lot, That's so funny about the...

Maybe adopting an 8 yr old cat that is not declawed......Questions...

I grew up with a declawed cat also ( my mother didn't know better I guess), so when I adopted my cat I thought that was just the norm+ that she'd scratch otherwise.. Nope! As long as they have scratching posts that are not furniture material they should be okay. We have a pretty large living...

Need advice: move the cats twice?

Good luck with the job! I agree with what someone up there said, maybe hire a sitter at least once during those weeks so they get attention. I think it's the safest bet for you money wise- and at least they will be in their home.

So, I might take the stray in. HELP!

So, If you read my previous post, you know that we had a cat who made herself our pet. My boyfriend and I have been going to/calling shelters- and nobody can help us out. The closest we've had to help is someone telling us "If you get the cat it's shots and fixed we'll post pictures of it on...

    Stray cat question..

As much as I keep saying "we can't keep it we can't keep it" it's really killing me. We just got home from getting ice cream, and she came up to say hello- kept rubbing herself (I got a closer look- I think it's a she) on our legs+ meowing... Following us... Tried to follow us in the house...

    Stray cat question..

I think he'd be adoptable- I'd totally take him in, but I think my cat would get really annoyed. I've been looking online, and it seems like the only TNR is pretty far away =/ I did e-mail them though, just in case they have information on one that's closer to me and just maybe not listed...

    New here :)

Hi everyone. I'm new here.I set up an account because I think a stray outside might have decided to make himself our new pet, and I had some questions about him.. Posted in the stray section...  But we do have a cat of our own already named Monkey. She's 2 1/2, adopted her from a shelter in NJ...
