Without papers, you would not be able to say she's anything other than a Domestic Short Hair. In saying all that, I must say I've never seen a domestic cat that had such pronounced spotting. I'm no expert mind you...
I would call her a Bengal look-a-like for sure. Others may be able to tell you if her other characteristics adhere to the Bengal's standard.
