You need to get your cat to a vet ASAP. It's an infection when it has contagiously moved into both eyes and she needs to have antibiotic drops applied. Plus if you have other cats, I hope you keep them apart because they will get this too.
She also may have an upper respiratory infection which causes this in cat eyes.
