Hi every one.
My cat had chronic rectel prolaps, since one year and she is two years old british shorr hair. Two weeks ago she had surgery, where the surgen stiched her colon to her stomach.
Since after surgery (two week now) she is excessively sraining.
We went to see internist, she did ultrasound and blood tests and told everything is normal and just keep giving 9ml laxatrate a day, which we do give her 3ml per time. But its normal what my cat is going through, she starins for hours and while doing so falls on her face have so strong cramps that she falls from her bed while she is sleeping. she seems in so much pain. Before surgery she never had such a problem.
Anyvbidy with some experience can help or assist please do so.
Best wishes. A
