My kitten is 4 weeks old and she’s the runt. Her mother abandoned her so I took her in. But she’s 4 weeks old (at least) and tiny, by tiny she’s literally 10.8 oz. is this normal?
She’s eating fine, might as fact a little extra and she gained like .1 oz so she weighs 10.9 nowHave you had her checked by a vet? The runt of a litter is generally smaller and slower to gain weight. At 4 weeks they should weigh about 15/16 oz's. Is she eating well, is she putting any weight on?
Kitten milk replacement and once every 3 hoursShe is not getting enough nutrition to grow. What are you feeding her and how often?

My kitten just started on dry foodThat works. My kittens loved it, but they also ate wet pate food.
