Of course I have coffee most often, but I don't know if it's my favorite exactly. I think a lightly sweetened Foggy London (Earl Grey with milk/cream) is my favorite.
Coffee, coffee, coffee. In my pre diabetes day I used to love a Caribou coffee caramel high rise which had caramel syrup in the espresso coffee and was then topped with whip cream and caramel. About a zillion calories and carbs in a cup but so delicious.
