My cat of 3 years Sherry, recently gave birth to 5 kittens. One kitten was born without a leg. Any advice from cat moms out here on how to care for a Tripawd kitten as it grows?

Any advice is a big help!If there are no further damages, the kitten should do OK. Especielly as he will surely be a inside only, home cat.
"Tripods" usually manage just fine. Some are even good hunters.
Every day climbing and jumping it should manage OK too.
So, hold an eye on him to help out if necessary, but with any luck, you probably wont need to make any extras.
Perhaps be sure the litter pane is shallow.
I dont have personal experience with this, but had followed many examples on this forum and other places.
Little kitten has a limb hanging on where its paw should've been.Does the kitten have any sort of limb or nothing at all? I ask because it could be an issue with irritation as it learns to walk.
Are you able to keep mom and kittens 100% inside and away from intact males now?
This is the best angle I can get.Can you post photos of the limb?
Do you need help finding a local spay/neuter clinic for your other cats, and eventually this mama?
I was thinking after a few months when little kitten is ready I was going to take him/her in with my boyfriend and I. My older cats are living with my parents and little sister. If the kitten is going to be outside, it's chances are not too good. It will be hard for it to get away from predictors like dogs. Can you take the kitten to the vet? I am wondering if the hanging limb might need to be amputated. I do not have experience with a situation like this, but I did rescue a cat that was dragging its leg because it had been shattered likely from abuse. The doctor amputated it, because he said the dragging limb could get injured and become infected.
That's great! Please post pictures as the baby grows and let us know how it is doing. But I do need help to seek a Veterinarian in my area to have proper care for little kitten.
I fell in love the moment I saw him/her and I want to do everything I can to make sure she grows.
Thats a relief.. Im hoping it adapts as it continues to grow.According to the cat TV shows I've seen, like Dr. Jeff, the kitten should grow up and be fine in the long run. After all, he or she doesn't know what it's like to have four legs. I do think, though, that when the kitten is a little older, you should take it to the vet and see if they want to amputate the hanging leg.
Bless your heart, seriously. If you aren't too far away, North Figueroa Animal Hospital has $25 walk in exam fees and the vets were super nice and helpful. Even suggested I wait on the bloodwork I wanted done because the specialist he referred me to would want to repeat it and he didn't want me to have to pay for it twice.
