So my cat had a litter of kittens about 7 weeks ago. She had 3 females and a male. The male kitten has severe CH and is not doing good at all. I fell in love with him and named him Finn and it broke my heart to see him the way he is.
At the beginning of march I had to go away for a few weeks and left my boyfriend to look after the kittens. I just got home and little Finn is not doing good at all. He is all bones and I have no idea what to do. The rest of the kittens are playing and eating and doing just fine where as he just stays in the bed all day long. He has constant head tremors and cannot keep his head still at all and constantly falls over. He is unable to use the litter box and soils himself all the time and he doesn't even poo.
I'm am very willing to look after him long term and I am wondering what can I do to help him to gain some weight as his mommy will not feed him and what to do about the potty situation. Would it be safe to bathe him considering how tiny and fragile he is and how much he shakes? How should I go about feeding him? My heart is so broken seeing him and I just want to do all I can to help this kitten.
