October 16, 2015 - National Feral Cat Day! - This is the fifteenth year in a row that Alley Cat Allies has designated October 16 as National Feral Cat Day. I am attending my TNR Organization Fund Raising Event tomorrow night. We will be on hand to talk about TNR and to show some of the adoptable cats and kittens. More than anything, I am hoping some of the cats/kittens (friendlies) will be adopted. :cross:
I also want to extend a :blobpink: BIG, GIANT, ENORMOUS THANK YOU :blobmul: to all of our member's here on TCS for all of the hard work, painstakingly long hours, love and compassion, and the big hit on our wallets AND OUR HEARTS whom care for feral cats in and around your neighborhoods. It is such a commitment and without all of you stepping up and taking a stand on behalf of these poor lost little souls, well, they would surely be so much worse off than lost..... My heart is always overjoyed at the outpouring of love in these thread here in our Feral Forum. Feral cats are the same cats as our indoor cats. They are out THERE in the wild not of their own doing and I feel such a need to encourage and educate the public on how to help these cats. I hope each and everyone of you know how special you are. It takes a village, heck.... it takes MUCH more than that, but it is incredibly amazing how much just even a few people can do, OR just one person if they just get started in knowing how to help even just one feral cat. That is where it all begins. The person or people who band together to do something about stopping feral cats from breeding are HEROES !!!!!!!!!!!!
:high5: :bigthumb:  YOUR ALL THE BEST!!! :heart3:
