Pretzel sticks again.  Earlier I had meatballs in tomato and vegetable sauce with spaghetti followed by chocolate brownie - all very nice.

One 5th street grill turkey sausage (Italian with onions and peppers), 1 cup boiled broccoli, 1 fresh scallion. 1 oz. half and half with my decaf.

Me bad today. :(.................... chocolate covered pretzels. Yep - I am on a pretzel high lately but only if covered in some sort of chocolate. :slant:

I'm on the pretzel sticks again this evening but mine are the basic salted ones, and not too salty.  I'm on the same huge packet I've been eating my way through for about two weeks and there's still another night's generous snacking material in there.
  (300 g 10.5 oz  packet)

I had a lovely healthy microwave meal of Pad Thai, chicken, noodles and vegetables with lovely ginger root and spice, followed by 2 large chocolate viotet cream sweets.  Oh well, at least I ate something healthy for the main course.

Half a small container of take out Italian Wedding Soup.  I found myself in a time crunch at work - had to interview someone for our administrative assistant position and didn't even have time to finish it.  Now, it's cold :( Debating whether or not to heat up the rest or just wait for dinner.
