What has your cat(s) done recently that makes you laugh? or just bring a big smile to your face?

It's not recent, but never fails to make me grin.. whenever Cassie snuggles with me, and as she closes her eyes, I'd say her name. She'd look up, give me her ever so silent meow (she has a very quiet voice with vibrating lips) and tip her head back for a chin rub. The only time she responds like that is when she dozes off on me, and only with her name.. no other words would get a reaction.

Monet's recently rediscovered his love to being chased around the apartment by me. Whenever he wants to be chased by me, he'd jump with a shake of his head and dart off. If I don't chase him, he'd do it again! we'd spend a few minutes running around, with him at his scratching post, clinging on while I give him his favorite butt rubs or try to pull him away!

The funniest thing Mogli does is smother my husband with love when he's eating. Mogli climbs up on the arm of his chair and leans against him while closing his eyes, purring and rubbing his head against his upper arm. It's so obvious.

when Bella sleeps and her feet are up in the air or when she is laying on my chest and she leans in to give me a kiss.

Abby has taken to meat loafing on the arm of the loveseat behind where I sit, and demands that I use her as a head rest.  If I don't, she pushes against me and meows, or pats me on the head with her paw until I do.

She also likes to lay on top of my chest near my head, and has taken to lightly touching my face with her paw while she purrs and does that squinty eyed blink.

Spencer plays coy with me.  He wants pets and lovings, and he loundly makes it known.  But he sits just out of my reach, or just at the point where I can touch him with my finger tip, then he flops over, legs in the air and exposes that tummy for me to rub, which I can't reach. If I get up, he runs and we do it all over again,  lol

Katie hasn't shown me any endearing qualities yet.  She's far too ADD.

Angel makes me laugh when he's got a case of the crazies, running around like a silly monkey!

In fact, he has never done this before, but just the other day, I got woke up by a pounce on my foot.

It always makes me smile/melt my heart to watch him sleeping in the cutest positions, as all our babies do.

A couple of mine used to lie on a bench or chair & roll over to show their bellies.  Then they'd get excited.  They'd start writhing and squirming and rolling side to side.  Pretty soon - wooops, thud - they'd roll right off the chair and land with a "what just happened? expression.  Yes kitty, I am laughing at you.

All my cats do this........when they are lying on top of the cat cozy cube and I scratch underneath them they go crazy and start digging and trying to "catch" my hand, which I think they are pretending is a mouse.  I can't describe it properly, but it is hilarious.  I especially love it when Fritos does it because he's the oldest, but this is a sure fire way to get him in play mode.  Also they started if one cat is on top another one will crawl inside and bat at each other through the material.

Nestle always makes me laugh when he carries his favorite toy through the house.  It's a feather teaser attached to a string and rod, so he looks pretty funny.  He holds his head high walking so proud and the rod just trails between his legs.  He'll walk from one end of the house to the other, just dragging that thing, it's so darn cute that I have to smile when I see him doing it.

Whisky likes to sleep on his back with front paws stretched up and his other paws stretched down making him a very long cat. He also likes, in that position, to have his head hanging down. I sometimes have to heave him up before he falls off.

I'm kind of like Draco, Mouse has this hide and seek chase he initiates by going over to the door, looking back at me then running off. If I don't follow him he comes back and does it again till I do. Then he chases me back. It has to involve hiding behind corners and doors then peeking out a couple of times before running off.  I feel like a total idiot but he loves it, it's so cute, just like a toddler would play. He has this funny bounce in his step and his tail's so UP when we're playing this.

Other thing I crease up at is when he gives himself a fright. He suddenly stops dead in the middle of a room for no apparent reason, jumps several feet in the air doing a 180 turn at the top, and sprints off out of the room.  Wanders back in a few seconds later like nothing's happened. No idea what he sees.
He's always been a bit daft!

Sundar walks along the window ledge where I keep various (unbreakable.. I learnt the hard way) ornaments, looks at me and swipes one off with his paw.  Then he just keeps going.  He is SO naughty but it cracks me up every time.

And Nilah does a gorgeous little dainty 'sideways walk' that is cute and hilarious at the same time.

That is what my Nestle does all the time.  He's always in the silliest positions.

Gnarly starts aggressively making biscuits on my inner upper arm (ouch) then she'll lean in and attempt to suckle from it. I burst out in laughter each time.

Ooooh  my Louis (RIP)  used to do the same thing with deliberately knocking things over.  He would play 'chicken',  threatening to knock something over  ( and often really did )  to get attention.

HE  thought it was funny anyway.  I do miss that terrible naughty old Louis so much.

Chatri  has this thing where he will jump to a shelf,  or on top of the fridge - anything that is close to the level of my head  --  and then he meows in his funny scratchy voice and  tilts his head sideways  with an endearing  look....  then he keeps tilting it over so far that he finally totally turns his head upside down and sets it on the shelf!!!!!!    Which leads to him falling over.    He goes through this routine about every day.   and it  makes me laugh every time.

Yes, I have had to move breakable things from high places too. Jasper will push anything he can off a ledge. Even the ipad off the bedside table. I think he likes to watch what happens.

My heart smiles when he softly puts his paws my face. And when he tilts and wobbles his head asking for a nose rub. He makes me laugh when he wakes up, tries jumping up on something but falls off because he is still sleepy. I have a long hallway which he sprints up and I love watching him because he runs all wonky and looks so carefree. I laugh when he *thinks* he's hiding from me, ready to pounce. He's grown a fascination for running water and it's so funny as he tries to catch the water. He sometimes sits on the end of the bath when I have a shower and looks so conflicted about jumping in that he just stretches a paw out to try and touch me or the water. It looks almost involuntary. Another funny quirk is when he doesn't like his food and walks off after one sniff, then I leave, then he goes back to eat, but if I walk back in he quickly walks off again like "Oh I was only testing it to see how disgusting it really is, and see, I was right!". Yeah, I'm not falling for that one!

One last one. It's weird but I feel all proud of him when we're playing and I see him trying to outsmart the toy. Example - we play with Da Bird and I make him chase it in circles and erratic patterns but he soon works out how to predict it, makes a short cut like doubling back, and catches it.
