Please write more, how old is the kitten. What has it eaten earlier.  What had you tried?

Is it something sudden, or is he picky?

Seems the kitten sick in any way??

Anyway, you know you must keep the kitten warm?  If he is fading, try with smearing some sugar on its gum!  Best is dextrose (glucose sugar) wet it a little, but honey is good, white caro syrup,  are ok too.

If you dont have any of ti home, run around your neigbours and borrow.

Good luck!

ps.  I shall ask a mod to move this your question to the Forum for Pregnants and Kitten care.  There are we more who are specialists on kittens in difficulties.

Wonderful this is no real emergency, and the kitten young but no helpless infant...

But please describe more what is the problem? So she is picky or what?  What food did you tried with?

Most kittens do eat a lot by themselves!  They are playing a lot, and busy with growing.

My younger resident when he was a kitten, he ate up his portion, after it he ate up his big dads the stud portion, and after it he wanted more!  And he was not especielly fat kitten!

Good luck!

We adopted our first kitten very young (no real idea what happened to the mother).  She looked like a five week old, but was actually a month older.  We fed her dry food, but moistened with milk powder (sold for kittens).  She was very attracted to the milk powder, and ate most of her food every day.

Has a vet checked the kitten yet?  Another idea perhaps (I learned when our oldest kitten got an upper respiratory infection) is to try heating up wet food. We have some cat wet food, and the vet told us to only warm it in the microwave for maybe 5 to 10 seconds.  It will help the cat smell it (which they need to do to be interested in their food).

Poor baby.  I hope this helps.
