I was going through our freezer last night, looking for unsalted butter. My sister was with me and she asked me why I use only butter and not margarine. Well, I like butter. I have soft margarine on hand in the fridge, but for cooking and baking, I only use butter (for cooking, most of the time I use olive oil when I can, but that's another question). On the other hand, my sister won't have butter in her house....it's soft margarine for spreading on bread and Blue Bonnet for baking. So.......
What do you use? Butter or margarine? Or both?
