Simply Nourish treats

I stumbled across Simply Nourish freeze-dried chicken treats for dogs that works well for my cats. The ingredient list is only chicken. I just add a little warm water and tear the chicken into bite size strips. Made in USA and a much better deal than the ones sold as cat treats - PureBites 0.6 oz for $3.00 vs Simply Nourish 5 oz for $9.00

That link doesn't show up a product.
I don't know that brand, but there's another that I buy all the time because my cats LOVE these treats. I have to crumble one up on Wiggie's wet food to get him to eat it.
I figure they're healthy because it's just chicken, so it's got to better than any other treat with wheat, corn etc in it.

The link worked for me.  And that IS a great price.  Although when I buy Purebites, I buy them in the dog section, so buy the larger bags, which are much less expensive than the cat size bags (per ounce).  It's just silly how the prices differ 

Interesting that these say to "wash hands with soap and warm water after handling".  Wonder if they are freeze dried RAW vs cooked chicken?

The Petsmart by me only has the Purebites for cats. I wrote Purebites and was told the dog and cat product is identical except for the size. I was concerned about Simply Nourish because of some other posts on the forum not being able to find out where the regular food is made. But on the bag it does say made in the USA. And I guess the link probably only works for those in the US - it says NotAvailInUs = No

The chicken smells like cooked chicken breast once hydrated.

yes, these treats are the best.  the dog variety (it's all chicken) is perfect for our cats.  we don't add water,  we just break them up a bit since they're soft but larger in the package.  best loved and best value cat snack out there.  and 100% pure chicken.  we like them so much, this is why they'll discontinue them anytime now!

My Petsmart carries several freeze-dried meats that are single-ingredient only. They wind up in the dog section, but I buy them because they are much better value considering the size of the package.
