Its Official, My Cat Won’t Eat Fancy Feast Anymore.

Oh dear, haven't we all gone through that dance! We went through it with Gypsy when she adopted us back in 2016. She finally decided on ff gravy lovers, she also liked the cheddar when it came out. Then the pandemic hit. Thank Heavens I'd gotten her to also eat Sheba perfect portions because she...

Timmy,7yr old TNR true feral! COLD TURKEY!

@BeccaCat crushs the Gabapentin up in a Delectable lickable treat. Squirts the treat on the plate crushes the pill on top and add more treat on top. Works for her kitty, I'll try this if I ever need to dose Gabapentin.

Timmy,7yr old TNR true feral! COLD TURKEY!

The pill pockets worked for Gypsy for awhile, now she won't touch them. She is easy to pill, I pull her next to me on the bed alongside my leg kinda holding her in place with my elbow & right arm (I'm right handed( then place a dry treat (greenie, Temptation etc..) an arms length away on the bed...

Help! Vet wants to sedate my OA cat for nail trimming

Nail trims should NOT cause pain. Who ever did them at the vet cut past the quick and should be called on the carpet about it. Gypsy was the neighborhood stray when she adopted us back in 2016, we have never had the vet do her nails. I massage her from her nose to her toes to her tail, get her...

The lack of ear mite prevention does worry me but she and her dad have a face and inner and eartip massage thing going on so if we ever notice any mites I know we can deal with it. About 2 yrs ago we noticed black lines in her ears. Even though she wasn't showing any signs, head shaking...

After using Revolution Plus for years with no problem I also switched to Credilio after Gypsy got a bald spot at the Revolution application spot a year or so ago. I break it in to 4ths and poke each piece into a piece of Sheba Meat stick, Salmon is softer than chicken so is easier to put the...

What Are Your Cats Doing Right Now?

Intently watching the gate for the little bunny appear. I've got short elastic between her harness & lead and I've got a firm grip on the other end with the solar lights stakes to slow her down. When we mowed she insisted that we leave her tall grassy and clover spots and being obedient minions...
