As a bit of a tangent from another thread I recently posted in I thought I might start one for all your cat DIY projects. I'm constantly thinking of things I can do with bit and bobs I have or can find so I thought I'd share with you all!
First is for when Scraggles first arrived and was mainly an outdoor cat - to give him shelter I converted this cable drum I got for free from an electrical wholesalers that I was using as a garden table anyway - he also likes so sit on it in the sun
Second is a cat tree of sorts I built for him - I feed him on top of it now and he also likes to nap on it - again I got the wine crates for free - the only cost for this was the screws - and I added a cheap mat from IKEA for comfort and a plant also from IKEA for interest - at "some stage" I might hook some toys onto it and give it a lick of paint... I'm terrible for putting things on the long finger..!
