Wound/ skin problem

Hi I have 3 indoor cats. I have just been stroking one of my cats and get something on her the back of her head when I moved the fur I found this mark (picture) any ideas what this could be. Not sure if just from rough play with the other cats or something more serious

Hi! My guess is that it is from rough play, but if you see any changes other than healing you could send this photo in to your vet
