Wound around nipple area.

Hello! Today I noticed this wound next to my cat's nipple. It's a guy so it's nothing to do with pregnancy. Should I go to the vet or is it nothing to worry about?

I dont think so. I think she would make me come with him but I really dont wanna stress him out if it's nothing serious and will go away with time... but better be safe than sorry I guess :/
