We have taken in an abandoned pregnant cat, she is far along maybe 6 or 7 weeks. What wormer can we give her? I have read some info saying not all wormer is safe for pregnant cats. We will be spaying her as soon as she has finished nursing - don't worry!

Fenbendazole (e.g. Panacur) is marketed as safe for pregnant and young animals. You can read some info here :>
Edit to say I missed the obvious one (and the wormer I personally prefer) -- Drontal, which uses praziquantel.
