She doesn't particularly look it from the picture. If she is of age and let outdoors unsupervised she sure will be if she isn't already. I would not let her out or near intact males and spay her asap. This is your responsibility as a cat owner. Spaying will prevent unnecessary cancers and pyometra. How long ago was she around intact females? She doesn't look very far along if she is pregnant. Terminating the pregnancy is definitely an option worth considering at this point!
