What's wrong with my cat's anus?

1 1/2 years old.
Today I saw my cat with this problem and I don't know what happened. What is it? What do I do?

I really don't know what is going on here. Cats don't get haemorrhoids as such and it's right in the centre, so it's not an anal gland.
Is he pooing OK? Straining?
Is it possible to send the photo to your vet?

He is pooping fine, alot actually. And no I might have to see my vet in person.

I checked again and it seems like he has diarrhea.
