what sex is this cat?

this is the stray cat I take care of. I believed him to be a neutered male, but after reading up on common ear clipping identification practices, I’ve read that many TNR groups will clip the right ear on a female. I’m not sure how universal this identification practice is or if it varies from local TNR groups to others, but the kittys right ear is clipped. I’m hoping someone can tell me the sex for sure with the pictures!

TNR groups will tip the ear of female and male. This prevents bringing in cats that have already been TNR'd
I honestly can't tell by the picture I don't see anything very well/clearly..

Yep that's a boy.

Most TNR programs clip everybody's ears, and there's no consistency as to which ear it is---that's up to the caretaker/vet.
