what is this small blue lump by cat’s nipple?

i noticed this small blue lump by one of my cat’s nipples a few weeks ago. it seems to have grown.

she’s also been over grooming lately to the point of giving herself bald spots. other than that her behavior is normal (eating, drinking, energy levels).

Hi. I am guessing that might be a lipoma, which are benign cysts, but they do continue to grow in size. It is often recommended to have them removed because of that. You should have your vet take a look at it, nonetheless.

Here is an article on various types of cysts, #6 talks about lipomas and has a pic that you could use to compare to the lump on your cat. It could also possibly be #2 which is a sebaceous cyst, also normally benign.
