What is this black stuff on my kitty’s nose?

also i have to change it she is not a kitten pretty sure she is around 8 or nine it isn’t my cat it’s a family cat she also does eat dry kibble

If you gently rub a fingernail or damp tissue on the black spots does anything come off? If not, then it's just normal skin pigmentation. Cats can develop black spots on their noses and gums and lips as they age. If stuff does come off the nose, it might just be random dirt. Keep an eye on it and if the spots return, a trip to the vet would be best to determine what is causing the spots.

Might be worth sending a pic or two of the spots to the vet and see if they agree or would want to check her out in person.
