My son was dropping him down onto my husband and my new bed to see if he would bounce. Well poor Sylvester must've landed wrong in one of the grooves of the fabric on the mattress. He wouldn't put any weight on his back leg, so I called the vet and took him in to be checked out, I thought he broke it. Luckily the vet thinks he just sprained his leg or pulled a muscle. So he's not supposed to have any rough play or run. he also gave a shot of anti inflammatory. My son who will be 17 on Friday was really upset, he thought Sylvester was going to need a cast, adn we would have a $1000 vet bill. I said just be thankful it wasn't Fred (his horse) cuz we wouldn't be able to fix him.
