Urgent. Need help! 6 week old kitten

Urgent. Need help!!! My 6week old kitten, who i just took in has begin semi solid black poo since this morning, he has done it like 3 times today. He has been active the whole day. Very playful like usual. Eating okay as well.
do i need to take him to vet asap? Or i can see for another day or two if it gets better or symptoms add to it?
any vets out there or anyonehad similar situation, i am super worried for my lil bub. He is so small i just cant see him falling ill or his poop not being right color and consistency picturr attached. Sorry tmi

Hi. Not a vet. He needs to see a vet, so a trip to an emergency or urgent care vet is in order. At 6 weeks he can become very ill very fast.

If you think its blood he needs a vet asap. You can begin to get telephone advice, if you know any vet whom answers on phone calls.

It may be he did ate something which hurt and wounded his intestines.
