Up at 12:00 AM finish packing, Grab the cat and head out at 2:30 for a 5 hour drive for some Rural Vet service. Kitty will be ready to go home at 3:00pm. What to do with the time? How about a 1400 foot vertical ascend up Borestone Mountain in Maine to snap a pic and head back down to pic up our kitty on time? Who feels worse? I bet it's us. Beau spent the next two days in a log cabin in Brownville Junction to regain his footing. Lucky kitty. We nursed bangs and bruises with Ben Gay and Lineaments and administered Antibiotics to A verry much loved pet.
