I was baking cookies and I'd just preheated the oven. I opened it and there was a plate in there. I got my oven mitt and took it out and put it in the sink thinking "I better be quick, Abbey will try and jump in there." I was SIX inches away I turned around and she was running toward the oven. I said "NO! NO! NO!" She hopped on the oven door and I grabbed her and started crying and Jon ran in and she's struggling to get away. She was on the oven door, like ONE second. Her paws are completely fine, I keep checking them. Man, that was scary. You can't turn your back for ONE second.

OMG I'm glad she's OK! This is part of the reason why I don't like kittens - many parts of my house aren't kitten proof. My fosters must like in a restricted area for their safety.

oh no! Glad she's ok! Yeah, Rosalie's constantly in the dishwasher, Dh said she's gonna end up locked in there one day. BLAH, lol.
