Nomanom!  That Tiger Tail sounds right up my street. 

   Might have to have a go at making that!

That does sound good; I loved sherbet(orange or rainbow) as a kid before I gave up dairy.

We buy almond milk or coconut milk ice cream on rare occasions.  I'm waiting for a pina colada version of the latter to go on sale.  If sorbet(the kind without icky ingredients) goes on sale first, I'll happily buy that(blood orange or raspberry, I imagine) instead.  A friend of mine dragged me to an ice cream place a few times on my laundry night and I'd always get a couple of types of sorbet with fresh cherries as a mix-in; very yummy.
